Position Overview:
As a Sales QA Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of all sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in analyzing sales calls within the Forex industry or a deep understanding of client conversion strategies. You will be responsible for communicating with our clients, external affiliate managers, and internal departments to drive improvements in sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales calls and client interactions to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, external affiliate managers, and internal teams to gather feedback and implement corrective actions.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to track sales metrics, generate reports, and identify trends.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of sales quality assurance.
- Adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic and fast-developing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in sales quality assurance or a related field, preferably within the Forex industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, affiliate managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel and formulas for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong delegation skills and the ability to explain and cascade information to team members.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

- Fluency in Hebrew, English, and Russian languages preferred.
