We are expanding and looking for an energetic Junior Recruiter to join the recruitment team on-site at the agencys offices in Paphos, Cyprus.
Previous experience with recruitment or HR/Technical background will be considered an advantage but optional!
Responsibilities
- Research, locate, and reach out to candidates for various positions using social media and other tools - Utilize various sourcing methods (like job boards, social media, networking) to find potential candidates for open positions.
- Updating data in CRM/ATS - Keep the CRM/ATS updated with candidate information, interview notes, and status updates.
- Post vacancies on social media - Help draft and post job descriptions on job boards, company websites, and other platforms.
- Filter through candidates who applied to job postings - Review incoming resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
- Interview candidates and follow up accordingly - Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Find new business opportunities for the agency - Keep a keen eye on companies posting job offers and see how the agency can assist them with hiring.
- Communicate and support the recruitment manager’s activities - Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Support recruitment events - Assist in organizing and attending job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruiting activities.
- Provide Administrative support - Handle administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Participate in Training and Development - Take part in training sessions to enhance recruiting skills and knowledge.

- Attention to Detail - Being thorough and accurate in handling candidate documentation, scheduling interviews, and maintaining records.

- Team Player - Willingness to collaborate with others and contribute to team goals.
- Customer Service Orientation - Providing a positive candidate experience and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- English is mandatory. Other languages will be considered an advantage.
- EU passport or CY citizenship.
