  1. Client Representation:Representing clients in buying, selling, or renting real estate properties. This involves understanding clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
  2. Property Listings: Creating and managing property listings, including taking photographs, writing descriptions, and advertising properties through various channels.
  3. Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to determine property values, competitive prices, and market trends. This helps clients make informed decisions about buying or selling properties.
  4. Negotiation: Negotiating sales terms and prices between buyers and sellers to ensure a fair deal for all parties involved.
  5. Property Showings: Organizing and facilitating property showings for potential buyers, providing information about the property and its features.
